Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the team on sales and occupancy targets.
Responding to the clients and customers queries in a timely manner.
Manage event-related calls routed to the hub or city.
Collects feedback from the clients and members.
Handling the overall functions and operations of the office.
Handling the office staff and training them.
Inventory management.
Ordering and refilling the supplies as needed.
Overlooks the place and makes sure there are no operational glitches that would affect the processes.
Assigning roles and responsibilities to the house-keeping and updating the same.
